Your consumer rights

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection rules. The Consumer Protection Agency FAQ describes a 14-day return or exchange period without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions, and a 30-day period for defective goods.

Before sending anything back, contact info@arttika.shop or WhatsApp +20 110 150 9045 with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will confirm the applicable route and information needed for your request. Keep the item in the condition in which you received it until we respond.

Made-to-order changes

ARTTIKA begins production after the order is confirmed by phone. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before production begins. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under Egyptian law.
