Every ARTTIKA order arrives in the matte warm-white box, with one line printed inside the lid where only the person opening it will read it: THIS IS NOT A PACKAGE. The gift message is free, at every tier.

Build Your Own Box
Choose the pieces, choose the box, write the message. Build Your Own Box lets you combine tees, totes and mugs across chapters into one presentation, with a story card for every object inside it.
Build Your Own Box is in preparation and is not yet available to order. Until it opens, message us on WhatsApp at +20 110 150 9045 and we will assemble a custom box with you by hand.
Bundles without the box

The gift message
Write your message in the gift-message field at checkout. It is free. We place it in the blank envelope inside the box before the box is sealed, and we never include a price or an invoice with a gift order.
If you would rather write it yourself, leave the field empty and the envelope arrives blank, ready for your handwriting.
The unboxing
Matte warm-white outer box, black ARTTIKA wordmark on the front edge. Inside: the piece folded in black tissue, closed with a dark-red circular seal. Then the cards — the OBJECT No. hang tag, the object and care record, the Artwork Record naming the artist, title and date, the folded DEAR STRANGER, note, and at the premium tier the manifesto card, the gift delivery card and the torn statement strip.
The box is designed to be kept, not opened once and thrown away.

Is the gift message really free?
Yes, at every tier, on every order.
Will the recipient see the price?
No. We do not place a price or an invoice inside a gift order.
Can I have it delivered to the recipient instead of to me?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and tell us during the confirmation call so we agree a delivery time that works for them.
How far in advance should I order?
Each piece is made after your order is confirmed, so allow 2 to 4 business days for production and preparation, plus the delivery time we agree with you. For a dated occasion, order at least a week ahead.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. See Returns and Exchanges.
Can I pay cash on delivery for a gift?
Yes. Cash on delivery is currently our only payment method, and the payment is collected from whoever receives the parcel — so if you are sending a gift to someone else, arrange payment with us during the confirmation call.
